July 14th-16th, 2023
This is a 3-day F4WM campout event with wolfer instruction and demos every couple of hours over the long weekend!
Our first annual F4WM Wolfer Summit July 14th 15th & 16th is your chance to learn how to hunt and trap wolves successfully! This is your opportunity to learn from the very guys who have been getting it done right here in Idaho and Montana. Never before has this amount of knowledge about wolves and the targeting of them, been gathered at one location… Please join us to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business!

RSVP GREATLY APPRECIATED
- Please send a text 208-610-4455, or email justin@f4wm.org if you plan to attend, with the number in your party, and if you’re camping. Knowing how many attendees to expect will help us plan the layout of this event (Parking/Camping/porta potties/ tables/chairs etc etc.) Please let us know if you’ll attend. Thank you!
MEMBERS ONLY EVENT:
- Membership can be purchased at the gate.
- 17 years of age and under are free and allowed in without a membership.
- The address for the event will be sent out in the members only newsletter!
- If you are not yet a member, you can RSVP to justin@f4wm.org, become a member and receive the address.
ENTRY FEE:
- $10 per day or $20 for all 3 days (This is not a fundraiser event, but we are trying to cover the fees for renting porta-potties and shade/shelter tents etc etc)
WOLF DEMO EVERY 2 HOURS:
- The schedule listed below is as accurate as we can be with it at this time. Please be aware that our presenters are doing this free of charge, out of the goodness of their hearts, and in interest of helping you be more successful. The schedule may be adjusted between now and the event to help accommodate our volunteer presenters. Please be kind/courteous and listen quietly until they offer to answer questions. (If you disagree with something presented, please keep that to yourself, and discuss that with them at another time. – if you can’t say something nice – “just don’t say nothin”. 😉)
FREE DRY CAMPING:
- Bring your camper, RV, or tent, and feel free to take advantage of our gracious hosts hospitality, but Please be kind and respectful of this beautiful property, and do all you can to leave it better than you found it. You are responsible for hauling your own garbage, picking up after yourself, and caring for the land we have been blessed to use. Please be courteous and respect other campers quiet time by keeping noise at reasonable levels and not running generators while folks are trying to sleep. Please no fires outside of designated fire pit area.
“CONSERVATION NIGHT” SATURDAY EVENING:
- Please bring a potluck dish to share for dinner.
- Please bring an item to donate to our Auction to help us cover the expenses of the event.
- Without our Conservation partners, we would not have the wolf seasons we have, nor the strength it has taken to defend our way of life against the anti-hunting/anti-trapping community. “Conservation night” will include an opportunity for each of our conservation partners that attend with a booth, to talk about their organization, what they do, how that ties into wolf management and how they support or collaborate with F4WM to help us reach our goals.
EVENING BON-FIRE TIME:
- We understand that many of our people are not social butterflies, and may not feel comfortable presenting to, or asking questions in front of a crowd. For that reason, we want to invite everyone to join in the fun discussions and enjoy the camaraderie around the fire in the evenings. We are all there to share and to learn… This will be the first time ever that this much wolfer knowledge is gathered in one location – please take advantage of that.
